Delivery Methods
All appraisal reports and related documents are delivered electronically via secure email to the email address provided at the time of service.

Delivery Time
Processing Time: Once your appraisal is complete, you will receive your report within 1-3 business days.
Immediate Delivery: Upon completion, your report will be sent immediately to your email address.
Delivery Costs
There are no shipping or delivery fees associated with our digital delivery method. All delivery costs are included in the service price.
Accessing Your Report
Email Delivery: You will receive an email with an attached copy of your appraisal report. Please ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and accessible.
File Format: All reports are delivered in PDF format unless otherwise requested.
Delivery Issues
