Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the appraisal service provided, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your report to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and determine if a refund is warranted.

No Refunds After Completion: Due to the nature of our service, once the appraisal report has been delivered and accepted by you, no refunds will be issued.

Incorrect or Incomplete Reports: If you receive a report that contains errors or is incomplete, please notify us immediately. We will correct the report at no additional charge. If we are unable to correct the issues, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
